      最近重聽Bjork的東西，恰巧這次注意力集中在Hyperballard這首歌上，其實就算是初聽這首歌也會對它留下深刻的印象，因為歌曲的編排是循序漸進的，愈到後頭愈能激發聆聽者心頭上的澎湃。這次讓我重新閱讀歌詞，卻意外給了我一些解決生活困境的力量與勇氣，就在這個未來混沌不明的日子。

     歌詞裡的主角住在山上，每天清晨喜歡從懸崖上丟些小東西到山底下，久而久之卻也成了開啟每一天生活的儀式。

     某日如往常丟落東西時，看著東西逐漸地往下墜，接著掉到堅硬的岩石上繃碎發出聲響的場景，忽然突發奇想，如果掉落的小東西換做自己的身體的話會是怎樣.....

      不知道如果讀到這裡會不會產生毛骨悚然的感覺，但其實若熟悉Bjork的作品的話，其實並不意外，因為她的影音作品總是那麼的富於想像。

      其實接著Bjork唱到副歌的部分才是這首歌讓人感動的地方：

      i'll go through all this before you wake up,so i can feel happier to be save up here with you.....

       其實這首歌描寫的是每個人都會遇到自己心靈最脆弱的時刻，若是不夠堅強的話可能就直接跳下去了，另外一種轉喻是現實生活中每個人都可能會遇到自己最不願意去面對的壓力等等，那種絕望感就像是活生生地要將一個人狠很摔落地上，摔得支離破碎.....

      但是Bjork用豐沛而堅定的情感唱出：我一定要度過這所有一切，為的只是再度與你相遇，如果我安然度過的話我會很開心.....

       歌詞的「你」，可以是最愛的人，也可以是夢想等，其實就是自己心頭最珍視牽掛的事物。既然生活的壓力和夢魘躲不開，我們還是得堅強面對。那時候就已經超脫了恐懼或是自己了，只是為了守護些什麼的一種執著或信念。
這首歌送給自己，也送給任何有緣經過這裡的朋友。
